1. Class registration is handled on a first-come, first-serve basis… by mail or in person.
2. There is a $20.00 Registration Fee per student per fall dance session – this is due at the time of registration and is nonrefundable. The registration fee must be paid before the student attends class.
3. There are four tuition payments that are due on the first classes of September, October, November, and January. Accounts not paid in full by January will carry a handling charge of $25.00.
4. Recital costume payments are due in December. Each costume costs on the average of $50.00 - $85.00 each.
5. Multi-family member tuition discounts are available.
6. Enrollment is for the FULL dance season.
7. Tuition is Non-refundable.
8. We accept cash or checks. Please make checks payable to: Premiere Dance Academy, Inc. If you are paying by check, please include the child’s full name on the memo line of the check.
9. RETURNED CHECK POLOICY: A $25.00 fee will be charged for any returned checks.
10. Minimum enrollment with regular class attendance is 8 students per class. If the minimum enrollment is not met, the studio reserves the right to cancel the class.
11. During the first few weeks, and after faculty’s observations, new students may be assigned to a different class level.
12. Students are urged to make-up classes that are missed, either in the same class level or below.
13. Premiere Dance Academy, Inc. will not be responsible for personal property or personal injuries.
14. Students are not permitted to chew gum anywhere in the building.
15. All students should be prepared to dance when class begins, we suggest arriving 10 minutes prior to class time.
16. “Parent Observation Week” will be held the week of November 15th – 20th , 2010.

Inclement Weather Closings: In the case of inclement weather, please call the dance studio (#675-0012) after 2:00 p.m. and there will be a recorded message to let you know if classes are cancelled. Make-up classes will be provided for cancellations when more than one day is missed for inclement weather. Your child will receive a newsletter in class to let you know about any make-up arrangements.
18. Recital is scheduled to be held in late May or early June – Dates and times are TBA.
19. All students are expected to adhere to the required dress code that is listed below. If a student does not dress properly for class, then they will be asked to sit and watch class.
